Q: DO DEVOL PRODUCTS HAVE A WARRANTY?
DeVol Engineering, Inc. parts are warranted against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. DeVol Engineering, Inc. makes no claim, implied or otherwise, on the usage or viability of any installation and usage of all DeVol Engineering, Inc. items is at the sole responsibility of the customer. Products that are damaged or misused by the customer will not be eligible for warranty.
Q. HOW ARE WARRANTY CLAIMS HANDLED?
Please complete our Warranty Form and send it to us via e-mail at email@example.com. Once we receive your warranty form, we will determine whether it may be eligible for warranty. If it may be eligible, we will issue an RMA number for the customer to return the product to our factory (see Return Policy below). Once we receive the returning item, please allow up to 10 business days for full product inspection and determination.
Q. DO YOU OFFER REPLACEMENT COMPONENT PIECES?
Yes, we carry most product components in stock in the event you need replacement pieces. Costs do vary depending on the specific pieces you need. For more information or to order, our sales team will be happy to get you what you need.

Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders received by 1:00 P.M., Pacific Time, Monday thru Friday are shipped same day or within 1 business day for in-stock items.
Orders received after 1:00 P.M., M-F, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be shipped within 2 business days for in-stock items.
DeVol works diligently to carry large stock for all current products, however; in the event an item is on backorder you will be notified immediately of the estimated ship date.
Q. HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders will be shipped FedEx or US Postal Service based on the size and weight of the order. Actual costs are added to invoices and charged at the time of shipment.
Q: HOW DO I GET MY TRACKING NUMBER?
DeVol Engineering, Inc. ships the majority of items via FedEx.
Tracking numbers are available through our automated process on our website. With the tracking number customers can track the shipping progress of items directly on the FedEx website.
If you have trouble identifying your tracking number, our team will be happy to help.
Q: HOW DO I RESOLVE A SHIPPING ISSUE?
DeVol makes no warranty for FedEx services and late or damaged shipments are to be handled by the customer directly with FedEx. If you receive cartons that are visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt and obtain a copy. Once received, keep the original carton, all packing materials and parts intact. Please contact our team at (360) 825-2106 within 10 calendar days after receiving a damaged shipment, or as soon as you determine that a shipment is lost.
Q: IS SALES TAX CHARGED?
Sales tax only applies Washington State customers only. Sales tax rate is calculated based on shipment destination for the order.
Q: HOW ARE TAXES HANDLED ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS?
Freight charges are always the responsibility of International customers and DeVol Engineering, Inc. warranty and returns are limited to the price of the item only. All taxes, VAT, Duties, Import costs, shipping costs and the like are the responsibility of the International customer. Our team is happy to work with your broker to help minimize international shipping costs. In all cases, all costs, shipments and returns are the responsibility of the international customer.
Q: DOES DEVOL DROP SHIP?
We are happy to arrange a drop ship per customer requirements when possible. DeVol Engineering, Inc. does reserve the right to deny drop ship at any time for any reason.
Q: HOW CAN I BECOME A DEVOL DEALER?
For dealers with verifiable storefronts that want to provide product for their customer base please request and complete our Dealer Application and e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 360-825-2106 and ask for Royce.
Q: WHAT IS DEVOL'S RETURN POLICY?
Products must be in new condition and unopened in the original packaging. If you need to send back an unused part within 30 days we will refund 100% of the purchase price if accompanied by the original invoice. When the returning product is received, DeVol Engineering, Inc. will credit the original credit card used for the purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Number).
All returns are subject to inspection. Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee at our sole discretion.
DeVol Engineering, Inc. will not accept a return on any product that appears to have been used unless there is a valid warranty issue. We will inspect products to verify they meet the warranty criteria. Products are only warranted against manufacturer defects prior to installation and DeVol Engineering, Inc. makes no claim or warranty as to the use of any product and users are solely responsible to use products at their own discretion for any and all purposes.
DeVol Engineering, Inc. cannot accept returns of custom ordered parts.

Q: HOW ARE REFUNDS PROCESSED?
Any orders paid by credit card will be refunded back to the same account. After we process the refund, your bank may take 7-10 days to post a credit back to your account.

We always recommend double checking the product information label on the part packaging before opening.
